Welcome to Hobnob AI. By creating an account or using hobnobai.site ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Hobnob AI. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or violates any law.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-generated content

Replies from AI characters are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, fictional, or offensive. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use AI output.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings. Refunds follow the policy of the payment processor (Stripe / Razorpay) and applicable consumer law.

6. Intellectual property

Hobnob AI, the logo, brand and software are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for violations of these Terms or for legal reasons.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hobnob AI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
